Facilitate first meeting between mentors & mentees, setting mentoring goals and further process.

Brief the appointed Programme Facilitator on his/her role and responsibilities and help run the programme smoothly.

Provide Templates and formats for Company’s programme facilitators to monitor and evaluate the Mentoring Relationships

Review your programme on monthly/ Quarterly basis and report on effectiveness of the Mentoring programme for the individuals as well as for the organisation
