Orientate mentees about benefits of mentoring, their role in this relationship, mentoring boundaries, and motivate them to get the best out of it. |

Facilitate first meeting between mentors & mentees, setting mentoring goals and further process. |

Brief the appointed Programme Facilitator on his/her role and responsibilities and help run the programme smoothly. |

|
Provide Templates and formats for Company’s programme facilitators to monitor and evaluate the Mentoring Relationships |
|
|
|
Review your programme on monthly/ Quarterly basis and report on effectiveness of the Mentoring programme for the individuals as well as for the organisation |
