Work Profile
Rajiv’s last assignment was as Head of Human Resources at India Telecom Infra limited (ITIL) Bangalore, a pan India Telecom Infrastructure company. He was part of the core group responsible for launching the organisation. He recruited new Teams, chalked out organisational structure and HR policies, commenced Employee portals, and conducted Role profiling of the organisation across India.( Separated in 2008)
Prior to his ITIL tenure, he was Head of Human Resources of TVS ICS Ltd (TVS Interconnect Systems limited), headquartered at Bangalore, India.
During his work with organisations, Rajiv actively initiated Executive Development by getting leaders and their people trained in contemporary leadership and management skills and techniques. He staunchly believes in cultivating entrepreneur managers in the organisations.
Rajiv also had a successful career in the Armed forces as an officer. He took premature retirement at young age to join the corporate world.
Rajiv has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, from SIBM (Symbiosis Institute of Business Management), Pune, and Masters Diploma in Business Administration (Marketing Management) from SIMS (Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies)Pune, India. |
