Our Approach |
We will need a clear view from you about how you want to use coaching. We recommend that Coaching be viewed as a developmental intervention to support successful executives, who want to improve performance, as well as a tool for helping the underperformers. |
Executive coaching can be used to make your executives go through a reality check, set clearer goals, make better decisions and build better relationships. |
Coaches can help executives to "design innovative ways to solve old issues”. An executive Coach can be the facilitator from outside the environment to help your executives get to the root cause of issues and make right moves to overcome them. |
An Executive Coach works within the rules of the organisation, but committed to supporting the individual, and therefore brings benefits to both. |
Apart from developing your people as an independent intervention, it gives more defined results as a part of a structured development plan. As an example, after carrying out training needs analysis, executive coaching can be one of the interventions along with other behavioural training. |
